1. Pele Said So
THEY say that England invented football and Brazil made it beautiful. But it was Pele, the greatest player of all time, who essentially coined the term "The Beautiful Game".
Could he have had any idea all those years ago, how crazy soccer people would become about "beauty" ? I can't think of another sport where its fans are so friggin obsessed with aesthetics.
